Spiritual Needs

	A keen awareness of God's dealings today in individual nations as well as individual churches and ministries.
	A sensitivity of God's desire and Word for each church, ministry and individual.
	Wisdom to deliver God's message with clarity.
	Effectual open doors where the Word will make a difference.

Shirley's Personal Needs

	Physical health and strength both during her trips and when she is home trying to catch up from being away.
	Traveling safety is continually needed!
	Times of rest and replenishment while she is away on longer trip and when she returns home from the long trips, especially when she has a short time at home before heading out again.
	More concentrated study time. It is difficult to study when she is on ministry trip and often times there is a list of things that need to be done or addressed when she returns home, which takes away from her study time.
	God's will and timing for writing the novel He has given to Shirley to write. We are certain the book is God ordained, and the detailed information He has revealed has been astounding. We are looking forward to the day it is finished and published!!

Ministry/Office Needs

	Be sensitive to God's guidance and direction for Carpenter Ministries!
	Keep God's priorities our priorities.
	Continued unity and team work!
	Wisdom and time management to complete daily tasks as well as a number of outstanding projects!!!
	God's will in coordinating and for God's chosen attendees for the Israel Teaching tour.

Carpenter Ministries is a non-profit organization whose support is derived by donations and Love Offerings from individuals, churches and other ministries. Financial Needs

Funding for Shirley's monthly Housing Allowance was a bit lower than usually this past year. We are not very concerned about this due to the busy itinerary she has this year (2005)! I would like to take a moment to thank God for allowing Shirley to have a slower year in 2004, which allowed her time to recover more thoroughly. God has been so faithful to provide for the needs of Carpenter Ministries and guidance regarding stewardship of His provisions.

	General Operations Fund (utilities, supplies, publishing & postage)
	Additional funds to complete a volunteer workstation and necessary storage units.
	Payroll Fund (Michele's Payroll and Federal Taxes)
	Missions Fund (Airline tickets for trips out side the USA and Travel Expenses).
	Need an increase in product sales (Books, tapes, etc.)
	Growth & guidance in our "A Walk In The Word Tours" (Shirley's Teaching Tours).
